Chi-chi is a small chihuahua who was rescued and adopted in 2003. She was given to another family at some time - we are not sure when, She was found in January 2012, alongside a road, obviously very hungry and in poor shape. She was traced back to HART by her microrchip and we were able to reclaim her. She is now a senior who is now in good shape after her mysterious adventure and would love to have a quiet home without kids or a lot of other animals. She does get along with other dogs, surprisingly she seems to like big dogs! She eats well (dry food mixed with a little canned food) and sleeps a lot. She can be very active and lively when it is time to eat, but she is active only for brief periods. Her favorite thing is to sit in someone's lap for long periods of time. She likes men and women equally, but her ideal home would be with someone is home most of the time and has time to spend keeping her company and a warm lap.
