Geno is a young adult mixed breed dog. We are calling him a bassett hound/heeler mix because of his appearance and color. He could have dachshund in him instead of bassett. He is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. He had heartworms when we rescued him, but has been treated and is now on preventive. He is housetrained and uses the doggie door reliabily, He gets along well with other dogs of all sizes, but would not do well with cats. He seems to like children of all ages, but there are no kids in his foster home. He is active and playful and would love to have another dog as a playmate.
